As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all engineering activities, implementing effective strategies to maximise production, and ensuring timely review, tendering, and negotiation of engineering and maintenance contracts. You will be an inspirational leader who can drive complicated project plans forward, understand the importance of customer involvement, and thrive on developing strong teamwork.

Candidates should hold a degree in a relevant Engineering discipline and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. They should be self-starters who can demonstrate drive, tenacity, and strong leadership qualities, as well as the ability to manage positive change and deliver performance improvement. An enthusiastic outlook, IT awareness, and strategic design capabilities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
