Job Role Summary

As a Proposal Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our tender process, from initial project scoping to final proposal submission.

This role requires strong commercial and contractual knowledge, with the ability to effectively manage risks and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality standards.

Our team of experts specializes in marine and land surveying, environmental assessments, offshore construction support, and geotechnical and UXO surveys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Tender Proposals: Create and submit high-quality tender proposals that meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the tender lifecycle.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop technical solutions, execution strategies, and budgeting.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead client meetings for tender clarifications and negotiations.
  • Business Development: Participate in industry events and support business development efforts to strengthen client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications and Experience: 2+ years' experience managing large-scale tenders, preferably within offshore renewables or marine surveying.
  • Commercial and Contractual Knowledge: Strong commercial and contractual orientation with a focus on effective risk management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams.
  • Quality Commitment: A commitment to upholding Next Geosolutions' standards of Health, Safety, and Quality.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent English communication skills.
Salary Package

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
