POSITION SUMMARY


We are seeking a strategic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our integrated communications efforts across all digital platforms and channels for the Harpar Grace International portfolio.

This exciting new role will be responsible for shaping & driving disruptive omni channel digital marketing campaigns by developing and implementing comprehensive digital communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage stakeholders and support the collective achievement of sales growth.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website management, social media and content creation, as well as email campaign management, lead generation and CRM ownership.

A key and highly collaborative member of the marketing team, this role will also work hand in glove with the E-Commerce Manager in support of growth across our 3 D2C ecommerce sites and 2 x B2B marketplaces.


MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Digital Strategy Development:


  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals and objectives, and in support of the agreed Sales & Marketing activity plan.
  • Shape & drive disruptive Omni channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.


Social Media & PPC Management:


  • Spearhead our Social Media Task Force to manage and grow our global presence on social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and others, to increase brand awareness, engagement and audience reach.
  • Successfully launch, manage and monetise our presence on TikTok.
  • Monitor social media conversations, trends, and analytics to optimise performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work alongside nominated agency for PPC and paid digital activities and associated campaign / evergreen communications.


Website Management and Optimisation:


  • Oversee the content strategy, development, maintenance and optimisation of the company websites to ensure they serve as an effective digital hub for information and engagement, maximising user journeys and user experiences across all platforms.
  • Monitor website performance metrics, user behaviour and SEO rankings to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Work alongside the E-Commerce Manage to ensure growth of our D2C ecommerce platforms.


CRM Management:


  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, retention and loyalty.
  • Utilise CRM platforms to segment customers, personalise communications, and automate marketing campaigns.
  • Implement lead nurturing workflows, drip campaigns and trigger-based work flows to move prospects through the sales funnel.


Lead Generation:


  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract, capture, and nurture leads across digital channels.
  • Leverage various tactics such as content marketing, email marketing, PPC advertising, social media and SEO to generate leads.
  • Optimise lead capture forms, landing pages, and conversion paths to maximise lead generation effectiveness and ease of implementation into CRM.


Email Campaign Management:


  • Champion the email marketing strategy for all brand and campaign requirements as part of wider, integrated marketing strategy.
  • Working closely with the Brand teams to develop, design, optimise and manage engaging email content and calendar.
  • Lead on email platforms, segmentation strategies, A/B testing and performance analysis, to maximize open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates.


Content Creation and Management:


  • Oversee the creation and curation of compelling and relevant digital content across various platforms, including website, social media, WhatsApp, email, and video.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop multimedia content, blog posts, articles, infographics, and more.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital channels.


Measurement and Reporting:


  • Track and analyse digital communication metrics, including website traffic, search terms, SEO, social media engagement, email performance and media coverage etc.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate communication effectiveness, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.


EXPERIENCE & KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within digital marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in the use of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and content management systems, ideally including experience of working with Prospect, Klaviyo and Shopify.
  • Strong skills in the development and delivery of compelling and engaging multi-media content for diverse audiences.
  • Agency management experience.
  • Excellent project management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
