As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our Health Plan and Denplan offerings through strategic marketing, sales initiatives, and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the marketing leadership team to create and execute innovative marketing strategies that utilize automation technologies and advanced tools.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies aimed at enhancing our brand and corporate identity while driving measurable outcomes.
- Fostering collaboration within the team and with Sales, Service, and Product departments to achieve company objectives.
- Owning and directing our multi-channel sales strategy in alignment with product goals to ensure profitable membership growth, particularly focusing on intermediaries and B2B markets.
- Overseeing customer acquisition, retention, and development across all segments through strategic client management and digital outreach.
- Establishing robust pre-engagement strategies, lead generation tactics, and compelling themes that leverage market innovations for successful sales execution.
