Job Title: Head of R&D

Rich Products Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of R&D to lead our innovation efforts and drive business growth.

About the Role

The Head of R&D will be responsible for managing a team of innovation experts and overseeing the development and implementation of new products and technologies. This role will play a critical part in shaping our innovation strategy and ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and implementation of new products and technologies
  2. Manage a team of innovation experts and provide guidance and support as needed
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that innovation efforts are aligned with business objectives
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant scientific field, such as Food Science, Engineering, or Chemistry
  2. Significant work experience in leadership roles, with a minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in innovation teams and delivering innovation to market
  3. Experience with product development in the Value Added Bakery category and emulsions
  4. Product development experience in global markets, preferably in the European market
