The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations team, ensuring the smooth flow of products and stock through our warehouse, and supporting the growth of our luxury aesthetic brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and progress product regulatory requirements in line with company plans
- Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents
- Maintain company commercial and cargo insurance policies
- Ensure compliance within export/import regulations to ensure smooth movement of goods
- Define and implement SOPs throughout the business
- Ensure data integrity within our systems
- Oversee head office and warehouse operations and seek continuous improvements
- Report on sales, fulfillment, and inventory performance
- Passionate about beauty, spa, and advanced skincare
- Energetic, self-motivated, and creative thinker who flourishes at working independently
- Responsive and adaptive to changing workloads, timelines, and outputs required due to the fast-moving pace of the industry and brand portfolio
- Experience within the cosmeceutical, pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, healthcare, or beauty industry
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong IT skills and experience with ERP/inventory management systems/CRM systems
