About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Harpar Grace International, a dynamic and entrepreneurial company specializing in the development, distribution, and management of luxury cosmeceutical, spa, and retail brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations team, ensuring the smooth flow of products and stock through our warehouse, and supporting the growth of our luxury aesthetic brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the operations team to ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents, and maintain compliance with export/import regulations
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best possible terms
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across the business
  • Oversee head office and warehouse operations, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Report on sales, fulfillment, and inventory performance to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the cosmeceutical, pharmaceutical, or beauty industry
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with ERP, inventory management, and CRM systems
  • Passionate about the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and developments
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and creative thinker, with excellent problem-solving skills
