Operations Manager

Universal Business Team is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics, fleet management, stock control, and yard operations, driving efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lorry fleet, driver performance, and vehicle maintenance
  • Oversee stock levels and order fulfillment accuracy
  • Lead and develop the operations team
  • Implement strategies for operational efficiency and cost reduction
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations

About the Role:

This is a new and critical position that will play a vital role in driving business growth. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that enhance service quality and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:

We are looking for a proactive professional with a strong background in logistics and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
