We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at UBT. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics and warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the activities of our logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of logistics and warehouse professionals to achieve exceptional results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics and warehouse functions with other business areas.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
