Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Strukta Group Ltd. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational requirements of our Lintel Yard, ensuring customer orders are processed and dispatched with a high level of efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational requirements of the Lintel Yard, including managing team resources, maintaining efficient order and inventory systems, and purchasing stock.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure high standards of housekeeping.
  • Conduct team meetings and ensure company vehicles are loaded safely.
  • Plan inventory management activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar Operations role.
  • Proven success in improving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing staff with strong people management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a track record of creating high-performing teams.
