About the Role:

CMD Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement a high-impact digital marketing strategy across all channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with our Managing Director to define content distribution goals and develop a content calendar that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage our company's B2B website, ensuring it is a dynamic and engaging platform that showcases our brand and services.
  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that includes blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Foster strong relationships with agency partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with our Sales Executive to identify and capture new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
  • Provide actionable insights through regular performance reporting and analysis of consumer trends.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing consumer trends and incorporating them into marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate our company's value proposition.

Requirements:

  • Strong digital marketing expertise with a passion for industry trends.
  • Experience in digital marketing and PR, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, including Mailchimp, HubSpot, and WordPress.
  • SEO and SEM expertise, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms.
  • Experience with website analytics tools, including Google Analytics.

Working Hours:

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm. After a probationary period, there is some scope to work from home.
