About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at CMD Recruitment. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a high-impact digital marketing strategy across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and Implement a Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Senior Management: Work closely with the Managing Director to define content distribution goals and develop a content calendar that resonates with the target audience.
- Manage the Company's Website: Ensure the company's B2B website is a dynamic and engaging platform that showcases the company's products and services.
- Develop and Execute a Content Calendar: Create and implement a content calendar that includes a mix of promotional, educational, and engaging content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.
- Foster Relationships with Agency Partners: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Partner with Sales Executive: Collaborate with the Sales Executive to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Leverage Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
- Provide Performance Reporting: Provide regular performance reporting to senior management to inform marketing strategy and optimize results.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong digital marketing expertise with a passion for industry trends.
- Experience in Digital Marketing and PR: Experience in digital marketing and PR with a proven track record of success.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Mailchimp, HubSpot, and WordPress, as well as SEO and SEM expertise.
- Analytics Tools: Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics).
Working Hours:
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.00pm or 10am - 6pm. After a probationary period, there is some scope to work from home.
