About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at CMD Recruitment. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a high-impact digital marketing strategy across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and Implement a Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management: Work closely with the Managing Director to define content distribution goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Manage the Company's Website: Ensure the company's B2B website is a dynamic and engaging platform that resonates with the target audience.
  • Develop a Content Calendar: Create and execute a content calendar that showcases the company's expertise and thought leadership in the industry.
  • Foster Relationships with Agency Partners: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales Executive: Work closely with the Sales Executive to identify and capture new business opportunities.
  • Leverage Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
  • Provide Performance Reporting: Deliver actionable insights through regular performance reporting to inform marketing strategies.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Analyze consumer trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Create Compelling Marketing Materials: Develop and design compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.

Requirements:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong digital marketing expertise with a passion for industry trends.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and PR: Experience in digital marketing and PR with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Mailchimp, HubSpot, and WordPress, as well as SEO and SEM expertise.
  • Analytics Tools: Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics).

Working Hours:

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm. After a probationary period, there is some scope to work from home.
