Market Intelligence Manager

Twinings is seeking a highly skilled Market Intelligence Manager to lead our cross-channel marketing intelligence efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights to drive business growth and inform marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, category dynamics, and customer behavior.
  • Partner with agencies to deliver market mix modeling and drive marketing effectiveness.
  • Oversee data agency relationships to ensure timely and impactful insights.
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels, using compelling stories and visualizations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading marketing insight intelligence in a FMCG business.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker, with the ability to develop visually impactful insights and communicate complex data stories.
