Market Intelligence Manager

Twinings is seeking a highly skilled Market Intelligence Manager to lead our cross-channel marketing intelligence efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights to drive business growth and inform marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement market research strategies to gain a deep understanding of our customers, competitors, and market trends.
  • Partner with agencies to deliver market mix modeling and data analysis that drives marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage our data agency relationships to ensure we are getting the most out of our data and setting ourselves up for future success.
  • Communicate insights and data to stakeholders at all levels, using compelling stories and visualizations to drive business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading marketing insight intelligence in a FMCG business.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop visually impactful insights that drive business decisions.
