Marketing Communications Specialist

As a Marketing Communications Specialist at Taylor Hawkes Ltd, you will play a key role in delivering the digital marketing output and communications for our company. Key Responsibilities- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all our digital channels, aligning with our overarching marketing strategy.
- Maintain and develop our social media presence, ensuring a strong and consistent brand voice.
- Support the implementation of a cohesive brand style and tone of voice across all our owned content.
- Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns to promote our company's values and mission.
- Collaborate with our team to develop email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
- Provide regular, accurate reports and analysis, including return on investment and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Research new media opportunities that may benefit our business, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Proactively manage our social media communities, engaging with users on all platforms.
- Assist with paid media efforts, including liaising with digital advertising agencies.
- Aid in the development and integration of content marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital trends and opportunities, ensuring our company remains competitive.
- Proven experience in managing social media channels and understanding key social media platforms and creative best practices.
- Ability to recognize and capitalize on social media trends, with a clear understanding of social metrics and reporting.
- Experience with social reporting and social listening tools, as well as knowledge of organic and paid social media approaches.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with good experience working with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creativity to bring our company's exciting portfolio of activities to life, with editing skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
