Sales Development Representative

Our client, a leading global SaaS company is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be at the forefront of their sales efforts, responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers across UK& I and EU markets.
Responsibilities:
- Initial Outreach: Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our client's products and services.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers within the EU market, with a focus on the UK & Ireland.
- Qualifying Leads: Assess and determine if prospects align with the company's offerings, ensuring a strong fit.
- Setting Appointments: Arrange meetings or product demos for senior sales representatives to close deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless transitions of qualified leads.
Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of experience in a sales development role with a primary focus on the United Kingdom and European markets, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of engaging with potential customers and generating leads.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, with a keen interest in developing a career in sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on meeting targets.
