Sales Development Representative

The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote in the UK (flexibility for occasional in-person meetings).
Team:
- Brand-new division under Marketing, backed by experienced leadership.
- Collaborate with a seasoned UK AE and global cloud executives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads (20–30/month) and execute targeted outreach.
- Work from a defined list of 1,500 accounts, split across EMEA, US, and APAC.
- Handle 250–300 touchpoints per week using tools like:
- HubSpot, Leadfeeder, Sales Navigator, and more.
- No hunting for new companies in Year 1—focus on execution
Training & Support:
- Comprehensive onboarding and a US-based sales training program starting January.
- Tiered account strategy (A/B/C), sales playbooks, and a structured calendar.
- Access to the latest sales tools and technology. ️
Quota Expectations (TBD):
- Operate in a niche market with clear goals and milestones.
- Opportunities to expand role scope as division scales in six months.
