The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote in the UK (flexibility for occasional in-person meetings).

Team:

  • Brand-new division under Marketing, backed by experienced leadership.
  • Collaborate with a seasoned UK AE and global cloud executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound leads (20–30/month) and execute targeted outreach.
  • Work from a defined list of 1,500 accounts, split across EMEA, US, and APAC.
  • Handle 250–300 touchpoints per week using tools like:
  • HubSpot, Leadfeeder, Sales Navigator, and more.
  • No hunting for new companies in Year 1—focus on execution

Training & Support:

  • Comprehensive onboarding and a US-based sales training program starting January.
  • Tiered account strategy (A/B/C), sales playbooks, and a structured calendar.
  • Access to the latest sales tools and technology. ️

Quota Expectations (TBD):

  • Operate in a niche market with clear goals and milestones.
  • Opportunities to expand role scope as division scales in six months.
