Salary: £28k base + generous uncapped commission (OTE £60k+ achievable)


We’re on the hunt for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing digital marketing agency, specialising in PPC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter with an interest in digital marketing and a passion for connecting with people to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to identify new prospects and build relationships
  • Use intelligent, insight-led questioning to qualify potential opportunities.
  • Pass qualified leads and arrange tailored discovery sessions for senior team members
  • Build and managing follow-up programmes for prospects using CRM system.
  • Sharing insights and attending regular meetings with the management team to align business strategy with prospect feedback.
