Data Analyst (HR)

Salary: up to £45k
The HR Analyst is an important new position within our expanding Customer Success team. Collaborating with customer and machine learning teams, you will play an essential role in training and assuring the quality of job data produced by our AI technology. With a background in HR, you will input into the QA process, offering vital HR insights for content optimisation, and creating and maintaining the integrity of our jobs model. Your detailed analysis and feedback are key to refining ML algorithms and ensuring our job content is precise, relevant, and consistent with best practices and client requirements. You will be instrumental in delivering top-quality content that our clients can rely upon.
As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Machine Learning Quality Validation: Validating the quality of job data generated by machine learning, identifying any errors and ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements
- Job Content Optimisation: Providing HR subject matter input into job content (e.g. Job Titling, Job Descriptions, Job Profiles) surfaced through our AI-powered content engine
- Job Content Research: Conducting thorough research to create and maintain the jobs model, ensuring accuracy and relevance in job content and classifications
- Team Work: Collaborating effectively with colleagues across Customer and Tech teams to ensure successful project/client outcomes that meet deadlines and quality standards
- Data Management: Ensuring project and client data is managed effectively and securely
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience of working in HR or Reward, gained in-house or in a consultancy environment
- An understanding of job architecture, job descriptions, job levelling, career frameworks, and how job content relates to these
- An excitement for how HR technology and machine learning can support HR processes, together with experience of using HR technology
You will also have:
- Have excellent written (you will be deep in looking at content) and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
- Have exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in job data and to identify relevant feedback for machine learning outputs
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and taking initiative to create solutions
- Be able to flex and adapt under pressure in a fast-moving environment with rapidly changing priorities
