We’re working with a large innovative multifaceted, multi-sited UK services organisation. They’ve embarked on a major rehaul of their people function which will ultimately improve & streamline operations and ensure they are poised for future success. Joining a great People team full of talented individuals, this HR Project Manager role will be accountable for the project management element of the people programme.
The eyes and ears of the people team, you’ll have excellent attention to detail; ensuring HR projects, across several workstreams and multiple stakeholders, are delivered on time transitioning from project phase to business as usual.
You’ll have experience of successfully delivering HR transformation within challenging, commercial & complex change business environments. Highly numerate, you will be comfortable with data (and excel) and adept at identifying and reporting trends. With an eye for continuous improvement, you will have a confident & creative approach to change management and will thrive on delivering to timescales and implementing pragmatic solutions based on user-friendly, best practice principles. Key to your success will be your credible style & highly honed stakeholder management.
This role represents an excellent opportunity to consolidate your knowledge, gain further HR project change experience, and make a tangible impact within a highly successful and evolving business environment.
Offered an hybrid basis 2-3 days a week across West Lancs and Mcr City Centre.
