· Successful completion of medium sized projects.

· Ensuring work is carried out within budget.

· Effectively organizing resource (labour/materials) to meet deadlines.

· Coordinating activities with other Departments to achieve goals.

· Holding regular progress meetings with the team and producing reports for the Board.

· Site inspections to ensure high levels of quality are maintained.

· Health and Safety enforcement.

· Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure Variations are identified and valued accordingly.

· Dealing with Contractual Matters that may arise.

· Reporting directly to the Directors/Board.
