Head of HR Responsibilities


Some of your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Collaborate with Senior Management to implement HR strategies and achieve business goals
  • Oversee compensation, benefits and payroll processes in the UK and US
  • Employee relations, and maintain an engaging company culture
  • Lead recruitment efforts and maximise direct hiring
  • Develop and deliver in-house training and leadership development programs
  • Ensure compliance with laws in the UK and US

Head of HR Experience


To be successful in this role you will be a HR generalist with experience within the biotech sector. Strong knowledge of UK and US employment law is essential, and proven success within a SME environment would be beneficial. This would suit someone with first class communication skills and the ability to present to senior leaders and the Board. The Head of HR will be a collaborative team player, with a positive and flexible attitude who enjoys motivating others. Management experience is essential for this post. This position could be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a step up in their career, and to grow within a business, and for someone who is happy to travel internationally once per quarter to the US.
