Position Overview: The Sales Executive at Packamama is a crucial role that supports the sales team in driving the company's mission to supply sustainable wine bottle packaging to a multinational clientele. This position is designed for an energetic and ambitious professional with demonstrable experience in either the wine industry or the packaging industry. Experience in both fields is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for sustainability, and proficiency in using Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist in B2B sales initiatives, helping to generate leads and manage customer relationships in the UK, France, Australia, the US, and some other countries.
  • Market Expertise: Utilise knowledge of either the wine industry's business side or the packaging industry to inform sales activities and support innovative packaging projects.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients and prospects, building lasting relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Salesforce Utilisation: Use Salesforce for managing sales activities, tracking customer interactions, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Continuously update and expand your knowledge of the wine and packaging industries to better serve clients and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales team members to align sales activities with the company's strategic goals and growth objectives.
  • Product Familiarity: Ensure a thorough understanding of Packamama's product offerings to effectively communicate their benefits and sustainability advantages to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in the wine industry (business side) or the packaging industry. Experience in both is a significant plus.
  • Strong understanding of the business of wine, with experience outside of vineyards, wineries, or wine production.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce in a professional setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to the company's strategic goals.
