The Role

We're in search of a visionary Growth Marketing Manager ready to make waves in the world of paid advertising and partnership management. In close collaboration with our vibrant sales and marketing teams, you'll be the driving force behind generating top-tier leads that fuel our sales. Spearheading our paid advertising efforts, you'll join forces with our Content & Communications Manager and our agency to craft campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results.


You'll also be the architect of our partner onboarding and optimisation strategies, using your exceptional communication skills to forge strong relationships that deliver quality leads. With a focus on efficiency in areas such as reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and a passion for innovation, you'll be at the forefront of scaling our business, empowered to unleash your creativity and bring bold ideas to life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to particularly drive customer acquisition and reduce CAC.
  • Lead paid advertising campaigns across various channels including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Manage and optimise SEO strategies to improve organic acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure quality leads and optimise conversion rates.
  • Utilise analytics to track and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise results.
  • Coordinate digital PR and Partnership opportunities to drive brand awareness and website leads (e.g. podcasts).
  • Manage our affiliate marketing program, establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with key affiliates, partners and influencers.
  • Attend partnership sales meetings and present recommendations on communications flows.
  • Optimise current partnerships by optimising their communications.


About you:

  • This is a mid/senior-level role so you must have demonstrable experience of creating and owning Growth Marketing strategies autonomously.
  • Partner acquisition is an area of growth we're focused on now, so your experience within this is vital to achieve our goals.
  • Strong analytics experience, particularly in analysing campaign performance and customer journey data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proactive team player, committed to working closely with sales to deliver quality leads.
  • Bring innovative and creative ideas into fruition through autonomous ownership of the role.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
