The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Shaping and executing the performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate and email
  • Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance marketing performance and ROI
  • Managing marketing budgets
  • Working closely with wider marketing team, as well as teams such as product and analytics
  • Managing agencies effectively
  • Reporting regular updates to SLT



The Growth Marketing Manager will have:

  • Plenty of b2c performance marketing experience driving customer acquisition
  • Strong preference for fintech
  • If not a fintech background, then worked for consumer businesses (app based companies ideal)
  • A preference for startup / scale-up experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Candidates might come from roles like Performance Marketing Manager, Customer Acquisition Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, etc.
