The successful candidate will be tasked with further scaling high growth brands, working across all channels, with a focus on data driven performance marketing.


The role

• Work collaboratively with your in-house peers to set growth marketing strategy, working in platform across Google/Meta/TikTok etc

• Ongoing optimisation across the marketing funnel to drive efficiencies

• Using data to form actionable insights to inform future campaigns

• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on marketing performance

• Liaising with senior stakeholders


The Person

• Hands on experience delivering growth marketing campaigns in a D2C environment (PPC, Paid Social, CRM)

• Clear understanding of all growth marketing channels and how they interact

• A data driven mindset with an eye for creative

• Highly organised

• A confident communicator who enjoys dealing with senior stakeholders
