About the Role


The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven approach, keen analytical skills, and a proven track record in the creator economy or a related field. This role demands an exceptional people and project manager who can also dive deep into marketing execution, driving growth and enhancing our brand presence in the market.

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Fanvue’s business goals, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and brand loyalty.
  • Team Management and Development: Recruit, train, and manage a marketing team, fostering a creative and productive work environment.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and oversee the execution of all marketing campaigns
  • Analytics and Performance: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and insights for shaping marketing strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.


About you


  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in digital marketing.
  • Experience in building and managing a team, with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ad serving tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable plans.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
