We’re hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager for a UK Top-50 startup in the beauty & wellness space


They are mission-driven (looking to end single-use plastic in the bathroom) and backed by some leading consumer investment funds.


As they scale across new channels, territories and products…it’s an exciting time to join


To support their next stage of growth, they are now looking for a talented individual to join the team as an Influencer Marketing Manager.


The chosen candidate will have responsibility for defining, developing and implementing their influencer marketing strategy and will work closely with the Head of Growth as a part of the wider marketing team.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, execution and reporting of best in class influencer strategy and campaigns, owning budgets and KPI’s, whilst ensuring it fits in with wider business objectives.
  • Create and manage relationships creators, agencies, and other talent partners
  • Analyse performance of influencers to identify opportunities for growth and improve return on investment. Bring a performance approach to the influencer channel with best in class tracking and measurement approach to influencers
  • Work with paid media partners to extend the use of influencer content through marketing channels.
  • Develop your influencer knowledge further to ensure you’re at the forefront of the industry and always aware of the latest tactics and strategies to experiment with.
  • Identify tools and technology to increase performance across the channel and build a competitive advantage. Continually identify opportunities and improvements to be made across processes.
  • Work with the wider marketing team on cross-channel initiatives including new product launches and acquisition strategies.

Who you are

  • 3 years + experience working in a influencer marketing-related role at another d2c brand delivering performance based influencer campaigns
  • You are a sales-focussed individual who thrives in a target-based environment and enjoy building long-term relationships. The thought of owning an idea from conception to execution fills you with excitement.
  • Data is your friend – you find it easy to use insights to back-up your instincts.
  • You’ll be comfortable working as a one-person-band or playing your part in a team.
  • Getting stuck into platforms and processes with a focus on automation and optimisation is important to you.
  • You’re a professional plate juggler (though perhaps not literally) – having multiple projects on-the-go is the kind of thing that gets you out of bed in the morning.
  • You have experience across influencer marketing tools such as Saral and Archive also confident with Google Sheets and Google Analytics.
