This is an opportunity for an experienced Sales Controller and above to take control of the key Grocery customers and champion even more growth in a truly accountable role.


As second in command of a 10-strong Sales team, you will be integral to the decisions and choices of the commercial agenda. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be those of a classic FMCG Senior Manager, looking for fresh, added value opportunities and ways of developing new business as well as presenting consumer-focused innovation on a more strategic scale.


You are a solid, self-assured, and confident individual. Not only do you have a real depth of structured account management knowledge gained from recognised experience in an FMCG sales career, you have also built a network of contacts and a great reputation within the wines, or spirits grocery retail buying community. You possess the personal gravitas to lead and influence members of the team and will be expected to instill change in ways of building business success.
