About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our UK Enterpryze sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, building and managing high-performing teams, and developing strategic sales plans. As the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, achieving revenue targets, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage the UK sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Recruit and monitor new sales people
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration.
Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan aligned with Enterpryze's business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and establish strategies to capitalize on them.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation and promotional campaigns.
- Sales Operations:
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Represent Enterpryze at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Performance Analysis:
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of ERP, Business management solutions and the software industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
