  • Chance to join as Sales Manager working closely with UK Head of Sales and business owners


The role:

  • Lead sales strategy and drive business development to onboard new UK suppliers
  • Develop existing relationships with suppliers across the FMCG industry and be a point of contact for the business
  • Development of sales tools, collaboration with marketing team to drive awareness of the product offering
  • Manage internal CRM system, utilize this for all performance management
  • Be immersed in all products, solutions and subscriptions in order to pitch to businesses and evolve the offering
  • Attend all industry networking events, stay up to date with industry events/trends and competitor analysis
  • Work collaboratively with rest of the team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Collaborate with UK Head of Sales and Senior team to drive the business forward


Ideal candidate:

  • Experience in the FMCG or retail industry, ideally a strong understanding of challenger brands
  • You may have worked in a challenger brand and be looking for something a bit different
  • Working knowledge of insights and data analysis/an understanding of market research. If you have worked with Nielsen, Kantar or Circana in a sales capacity this would be highly beneficial
  • Proven sales/commercial experience – for example you may have operated at NAE or NAM level and be open to a change
  • We would also consider a data or category led background if you are open to a move into a sales role
  • Be personable, adaptable and a great team player
  • Ability to operate in a start-up business. Will need to be a self-starter


Benefits & details:

  • £40-50,000 basic salary
  • Up to 15% bonus
  • Home-based role – 1 day per week in Oxfordshire office space
