Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers.
  • Source new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Provide outstanding support to brokers and clients throughout the loan process.
  • Collaborate with the existing team of BDMs to ensure high service standards.
  • Contribute to meeting and exceeding growth targets.
