The company knows just how important its people are to its success and so works hard to provide a happy, team-focussed environment for everyone to thrive in and where mutual respect plays a big part in day to day office life. So if you are someone who enjoys working closely with both your clients and your internal network and you are looking to work with a beautiful product which has global recognition for its quality and design, then this role is for you

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the current client portfolio as well as with potential new clients
  • Serve as the focal point of contact for all client account matters
  • Collaborate closely with your internal client support/delivery teams to ensure the timely and successful provision of client services
  • Maintain accurate and up to date client records on the company’s CRM system
  • Have the opportunity to represent the company at trade shows and events to promote products and services

As the successful Key Account Executive, you…

  • Have proven experience of working in a similar customer service focussed role within a B2B product/service environment
  • Are an excellent communicator and influencer at all levels with both clients and your internal colleagues – a real team player
  • Have a track record in building long-term and mutually successful business relationships
  • Are skilled in identifying and delivering client-focussed solutions
  • Have the confidence and experience to handle those challenging situations that can sometimes arise when managing client expectations
  • Have a good working knowledge of a current CRM system preferably Microsoft AX
  • May have some experience of a stock control software system but not essential
  • Will bring with you strong organisational skills with a creative flair
