Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director's Office Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative support to our Director at Siamo Group. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Director's office and daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the Director's schedule, coordinating appointments and meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  2. Handle incoming correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion
  3. Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management using Google Suite
  4. Organise and maintain accurate records and reports using QuickBooks
  5. Assist with financial tasks, including budgeting and forecasting
  6. Conduct clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing
  7. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a corporate environment
  2. Proficient in Google Suite and QuickBooks, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  4. Strong organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  5. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  6. Prior experience in administrative support or office management is highly desirable

Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Competitive salary range: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
  • Bonus scheme and yearly bonus
