Main Responsibilities

Attend meetings and events, taking comprehensive and accurate minutes, and maintaining confidentiality.

Record attendance, apologies, and action points, and utilize active listening skills to capture key discussions and decisions.

Collaborate with meeting organizers to understand objectives, context, and desired outcomes, and maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.

Prepare drafts of meeting minutes promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established formatting guidelines.

Review and proofread meeting minutes for clarity, spelling, and grammar, making necessary revisions before finalizing.

Requirements
