Customer Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Development Executive to join our team at McCurrach. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share within your defined territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business plan to maximize sales opportunities and grow market share within your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers, establishing and retaining new business opportunities.
- Work closely with a Regional Sales Manager to deliver on key selling metrics and support the team in achieving execution excellence and customer management.
- Adopt a full category-based selling approach to growing and developing every outlet you work with for the benefit of both the retail outlet and Britvic.
- Use data and evidence-based retailer successes to drive best practice in your territory, region, and across the team.
We are looking for a fun, passionate, driven, and target-orientated team player who can bring brands to life. You should have a strong entrepreneurial style, thrive on being the key contact for customers, driving new business, and maintaining sustainable relationships.
You will be commercially astute with great negotiation techniques, have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and be self-motivated with good administration, organisational, and planning skills.
