Our client are pioneers and were the first to market in developing the concessions concept for fashion and accessories in the 90's and since then have a established a successful brand and have expanded globally.


After initially launching in the UK in 2019 they remain in sustainable growth, making them one of the largest jewellery and accessories business today.


The business is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join their team and drive growth with major retailers like Sainsbury's, Tesco, New Look, Boots and Matalan.


Role Overview

As Key Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for key UK retailers (Tesco, JS, Boots etc), developing strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and solution-oriented actions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major UK retailers
  • Create retailer-centric strategies and identify joint objectives for mutual growth
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize sales performance
  • Establish efficient networks with internal and external partners
  • Participate in international projects and optimize key account processes


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Account Management experience, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong UK market knowledge and understanding
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking with outstanding planning and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English


Central London Office, Home-based contract and the team head in 2-3 times per week. Salary is up to £50,000 base + Bonus + wider benefits
