Key Account Manager – Premium Spirits - London On-Trade

The Company:

The Role:

The Key Account Manager will be the face of the brand in the London on-trade, taking charge of partnerships with the likes of D&D and Caprice groups. This role is not just about sales; it’s about becoming an ambassador for an exciting portfolio, ensuring that each product doesn’t merely sit on shelves—it makes an impact. From strategic discussions with top-level clients to hosting tastings for bar teams, and mentoring more junior members of the team, the Key Account Manager will bring the brand to life across the capital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Builder: Develop and sustain strong, trust-based partnerships with key on-trade accounts across London, acting as a knowledgeable advisor and advocate for the portfolio.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand with enthusiasm and insight, helping partners appreciate the uniqueness of each product.
  • Sales Driver: Drive revenue growth by crafting tailored strategies, conducting regular account reviews, and seeking new business opportunities.
  • Market Insight Leader: Stay ahead of trends in London’s drinks scene and share valuable insights to influence future product and marketing decisions.
  • Event Leader: Organise and host tastings, trainings, and product showcases that turn each sip into a memorable experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in on-trade or beverage sales, ideally with premium spirits.
  • A people-oriented approach, thriving on building connections and working creatively with partners.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding targets in competitive environments.
  • Strong understanding of London’s on-trade market and its latest trends.
  • A genuine passion for quality drinks—product knowledge in spirits would be a big plus
