Key Account Manager / Sales Manager – Lead, Innovate, and Drive Sales Excellence

We are working on a project with one of our key national clients to find driven and customer-focused Key Account Managers / Sales Managers to take charge of key client relationships and drive business development efforts. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in boosting sales, managing high-value accounts, and contributing to the continued success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, upselling, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Monitor account performance, analyse market trends, and provide strategic input to optimise business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
What We’re Looking For:
- A seasoned sales professional with experience in managing high-value accounts and a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster lasting client relationships.
- A proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and takes ownership of their success.
