A wellbeing haven in the heart of the city, the Health Club is the place to escape to and rejuvenate the mental and physical wellbeing. Our highly skilled therapist approach each session as a personalised ritual, tailored for each client. Our members make use of our discreet gym and our biggest secret is our 18m lap pool using an innovative mineral cleaning system making it chlorine-free.

  • Previous experience in in a similar role in a luxury environment is beneficial

Your responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and Helth Club members, ensuring a smooth arrival experience and enjoyable stay whilst in the Health Club
  • Recognise and anticipate the needs of our guests and members
  • Answer all incoming calls in line with our hotel standards
  • Take and manager all treatment booking inquiries and enter them in the system, maximising Spa revenue where possible
  • Assist and communicate with other departments where required
