Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Club Receptionist to join our team at Third Space Richmond. As the first point of contact for our members, you'll play a crucial role in demonstrating our exceptional standards and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage the front desk, handling member inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a high level of service quality and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our members, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the member experience.
