Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a warm and welcoming experience for all members and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist members with queries, complaints, or requests for information, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Lifeguard the pool/s when required, ensuring the safety of all users and adhering to our strict safety protocols.
  • Supervise and assist members and guests in the use of our facilities, promoting a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Enforce club rules and regulations, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements:
  • NPLQ qualification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Trustworthiness and reliability
