Job Title: Weekend Health Club Leisure Assistant

We are seeking a Weekend Health Club Leisure Assistant to join our team at Roehampton Club Ltd. As a Leisure Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and guests, and maintaining the highest standards of our Health Club facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a warm and welcoming experience for all members and their guests
  • Assist members with queries, complaints, or information requests in a polite and helpful manner
  • Lifeguard the pool/s when required, ensuring the safety of all users
  • Supervise members and guests in the use of facilities, enforcing club rules and maintaining a safe environment
  • Set up and dismantle equipment as determined by the programme, in a proper and safe manner
  • Administer first aid where suitably qualified, in accordance with Company procedures
  • Comply with all operating procedures of the Health Club and Company
Requirements:
  • NPLQ qualification (course will be provided for suitable candidates not qualified)
  • Trustworthy and reliable individual with excellent customer care skills
  • Ability to use your own initiative and work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Smart appearance and strong timekeeping
  • Safeguarding training available
  • Successful Enhanced DBS as part of recruitment
