Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Health Club Leisure Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and well-being of our members, and contributing to the overall success of our Health Club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver a friendly and welcoming experience for all members and their guests, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Lifeguarding: Safeguard our members and guests by monitoring the pool area, enforcing club rules, and providing assistance as needed.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment, ensuring the pool area is clean and safe for use.
  • First Aid: Administer first aid when necessary, in accordance with company procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive team environment, contributing to the overall success of the Health Club.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: NPLQ qualification (or willingness to obtain) and first aid certification.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Trustworthy, reliable, and enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
