Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic MDR/SDR to join our marketing team, reporting to the CMO, with dotted lines to the sales regional leadership. This role is essential for identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential leads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and a strong ability to convert marketing-generated leads into qualified sales opportunities. The MDR/SDR will work side-by-side with our Growth Marketing Manager, identifying sales opportunities and taking inbound leads generated through growth marketing activities. They will move these leads further down the sales funnel before handing the opportunities to one of our Sales AEs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and develop them into viable opportunities for the sales team.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and challenges of potential leads, tailoring outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Become an expert in identifying challenges that our prospective customers face and offering a partnership and solution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
  • Work with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve lead quality.
  • Provide regular feedback on lead sources, quality, and campaign effectiveness to help optimize marketing efforts.
  • Work side-by-side with the Growth Marketing Manager, receiving inbound leads for further qualification and development.
  • Map out buyer journeys and trends to enhance lead generation strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and SAP SuccessFactors updates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and metrics as defined by Marketing and Sales Operations.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a lead generation or sales development role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors, either through previous employment or client engagements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential leads.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management processes.
  • Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and related solutions is advantageous.
