About the Role: As a Sales Development Representative at our client’s organization, you’ll be integral to the sales process by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. You’ll collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create outreach strategies, develop new business opportunities, and support the company's overall growth. This role is ideal for those passionate about technology and eager to launch a successful career in sales.



Responsibilities:



  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects through research, calls, emails, social media, and other outreach methods.
  • Prospecting: Engage with decision-makers, understand their needs, and communicate the value of our client’s solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system to support a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and strategize outreach to boost conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position the company’s offerings.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training to deepen your knowledge of the company's solutions and sales practices.


Qualifications:



  • Experience: 1-2 years in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in B2B or tech sales. Industry-specific experience is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to build rapport.
  • Goal-Oriented: Self-driven with a strong work ethic and a desire to meet/exceed goals.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales tools.
  • Adaptable: Quick learner comfortable with new technologies and fast-paced environments.
