The Company

After being set up by an impressive founder who exited their first business at just 18 years old, and having just brought on the ex-Head of Sales of a huge enterprise wellbeing company, they are now looking to build their founding sales team.


The Roles

They are looking for one Sales Development Representative, and one Senior SDR, to join them in their London office. The Senior role will progress quickly to either a leadership position or Account Executive role. You will:

  • Generate leads through calling, emails, videos and social selling
  • Identify ideal customers
  • Speak with HR and People leaders using a consultative sales process
  • Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
  • Book qualified product demos for the Head of Sales to complete


Who You Are

  • Experience as an SDR or BDR within software
  • A genuine passion for helping customers find the right solutions
  • Curious and consultative in your sales approach
  • Target-driven and tenacious
  • MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodology (ideal but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideally experience with HubSpot, 6Sense, Amplemarket and SalesNav (not mandatory)
  • Entrepreneurial and willing to join a budding start-up
