Sales & Marketing Executive – Luxury Jewellery

Location: Central London


Salary £35k - £45k + Comms

Position Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to elevate the brand presence and client engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will combine marketing expertise, sales acumen, and a passion for luxury jewellery to drive business growth and enhance our customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy & Brand Development:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies targeting high-net-worth individuals

• Create engaging content across multiple platforms to showcase our jewellery collections

• Analyse marketing performance and continuously optimize campaign strategies

• Manage and grow our brand presence across digital and traditional channels


Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

• Design and execute client experiences that reflect our luxury jewellery brand positioning

• Develop innovative approaches to enhance client interaction and brand loyalty

• Create personalized customer journeys that blend digital and in-store experiences

• Implement CRM strategies to nurture and expand our client relationships


Sales and Business Growth:

• Drive sales through targeted marketing campaigns and personalized customer approaches

• Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging expert knowledge of luxury jewellery

• Develop strong relationships with existing clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals

• Utilize data insights to understand customer behavior and optimize sales strategies


Brand Partnerships & Networking:

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships within the luxury jewellery sector

• Engage with influencers and thought leaders to expand brand reach

• Represent the brand at industry events and exclusive gatherings

• Build and maintain a network of potential brand ambassadors and collaborators


Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong understanding of marketing and sales strategies

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven experience in luxury jewellery sales and marketing
