We're seeking a friendly and dependable individual with excellent organisational skills to join this creative agency as a Studio Manager on a fixed-term, part-time contract. This role involves supporting the team with Studio Management tasks and assisting the HR Manager with HR responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Studio Management:

  • Assisting the Directors with ad hoc admin
  • Arranging social events and managing travel bookings for client visits
  • Managing the office inbox and organising couriers and taxis
  • Updating asset inventory and ordering work equipment
  • Liaising with the IT team to manage software accounts
  • Daily filing of invoices and end-of-month credit card reconciliation

HR Responsibilities:

  • Daily check of sickness absences and updating HR system
  • On-boarding new starters and off-boarding leavers
  • Setting up and maintaining accounts on HR systems
  • Managing perks and benefits admin
  • Organising buddy scheme catch-ups
  • Ordering birthday gifts for staff
  • Managing staff holiday requests and organising staff reviews
  • Updating and maintaining the staff handbook
  • Booking training courses and managing the training budget
  • Organising Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion Surveys and assisting with analysis
  • Managing sickness reports
  • Conducting health & safety requirements, including induction forms, desk assessments, and homeworking self-assessments
  • Supporting the recruitment process

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Studio Management role with some HR Assistance involved
  • Understanding of HR and finance administration processes
  • Initiative and ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanour
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A helpful, approachable nature and excellent team mentality
